According to the subitem 4) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine Committee of digital assets and disruptive technologies of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category to release and the address of secure digital assets.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
