1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) together with Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Zhanalinov of E.) and Committee of the state services of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bekmanov D. N.) placement of this joint order on official Internet resources of the ministries of the industry and infrastructure development, finance, digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of realization of pilot project on rendering the state service "Issue of Permission to Driving through the Territory of Foreign State to Carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the International Treaties Ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Rules) determine procedure for carrying out pilot project by rendering the state service "Issue of Permission to Driving through the Territory of Foreign State to Carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the International Treaties Ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the state service).
