About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" concerning ensuring with expenses of the sector of safety and defense

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" of November 3, 2022 No. 2710-IX (with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2023 No. 2953-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "1.329.705.735,6" and "1.173.110.743,7" respectively with figures "1.390.385.786" and "1.233.790.794,1";

in paragraph three of figure "2.589.013.028,5" and "2.296.522.623,6" to replace respectively with figures "3.075.879.922,4" and "2.783.389.517, 5";

in paragraph five of figure "58.584.369,1" and "15.159.102" to replace respectively with figures "51.706.290,7" and "8.281.023, 6";

in paragraph six of figure "1.300.378.196,8" and "1.124.615.598,5" to replace respectively with figures "1.719.686.961, 9" and "1.543.924.363, 6".

2. In article 5 of figure "6.426.591.648" to replace with figures "6.197.105.268,2".

3. In the subitem "v" of Item 1 of article 6 of figure "20.000.000" to replace with figures "30.000.000".

4. Make changes to Appendices No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" according to appendices No. No. 1-4 to this Law.
