About approval of form of the decision on cost determination of the goods moved (sent) by citizens through customs border of Ukraine for the purposes of charge of customs payments

According to part four of Article 368 of Chapter 53 of the Section XII of the Customs code of Ukraine, the subitem 2 of Item 10 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of January 25, 2022 "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning the taxation customs payments of the goods moved (sent) in the international mailings, the international express departures and procedure for their declaring" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order to No. 1999-IX:

1. Approve form of the decision on cost determination of the goods moved (sent) by citizens through customs border of Ukraine for the purposes of charge of the enclosed customs payments.

2. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine to finish the corresponding software for implementation of requirements of this order.

3. Determine that prior to implementation of the corresponding software the paper form of the decision on cost determination of the goods moved (sent) by citizens through customs border of Ukraine for the purposes of charge of customs payments in the form approved by this order is used. This decision is registered in the online magazine which form is determined by the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and is printed out in duplicate, one of which is handed to the customs applicant, another - is stored for customs authority.

4. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
