a) money is deposited by procurement participants to account, specified by the customer in the notice on purchase implementation on which transactions with the means arriving to the customer are in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation considered;

b) the application for participation in purchase shall contain information and documents confirming provision of tender security on participation in purchase in the form of electronic documents or in the form of electronic images of paper documents;

d) the customer returns the money deposited as tender security on participation in purchase no later than 5 working days from the date of, the approach of the cases provided by Items 1 following behind day - 6 parts 10 of article 44 of the Federal Law. Return of such money to the procurement participant is not performed in case, stipulated in Item 7 parts 10 of article 44 of the Federal Law.

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2023 and is applied when implementing purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the sphere of purchases after day of entry into force of this resolution.
