About the size of the money which is subject to the direction into special accounts
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257 "About some questions of acquisition of assets of the banks created when crediting the organizations of the woodworking industry, and refining of limit of internal public debt" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine the size of money in the Belarusian rubles and foreign currency which are subject to the direction in 2023 the organizations of the woodworking industry into the special accounts opened in "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company according to the paragraph for the second to part one of subitem 2.9 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257, according to appendix.
2. Determine that in the presence of net profit by results of work for 2023 the organizations of the woodworking industry till April 10, 2024 direct to special accounts over the size determined in appendix, 60 percent from the amount of profit on the sales of goods, works, services and the annual depreciation charges reduced by actually made expenses, connected:
with realization of the investment actions provided by business plans of their development for 2023;
with accomplishment of obligations according to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257 and of April 3, 2017 No. 102 "About questions of organization activity of the woodworking industry";
with payments for the credits (loans), agreements of leasing;
with tax payment and the charges estimated from profit (income).
3. Bring in Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2022 No. 100 "About the size of the money which is subject to the direction into special accounts" the following changes:
in paragraph one of the word "in the I quarter 2023." shall be replaced with words "till April 10, 2023";
add Item with part of the following content:
"In the absence of net profit by results of work for 2022 the cash amounts calculated according to part one of this Item do not go to special accounts.".
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
Action of Item 1 of this resolution extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2023.
