Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of the temporary license for implementation of educational activities to the organizations performing educational activities, to the organizations realizing programs of sports preparation, located in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2025, except for Items 11 - 17 Rules approved by this resolution which are effective till January 1, 2026.

1. These rules establish procedure for provision of the temporary license for implementation of educational activities (further - the temporary license) to the organizations performing educational activities, to the organizations realizing programs of sports preparation, located in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region, Kherson region (further - the applicant), by education types, on the education levels, by professions, specialties, the directions of preparation, scientific specialties (for professional education), on subspecies of additional education, and also the basis and procedure for modification of the register of licenses for implementation of educational activities (further - the register of licenses).
2. Provision of the temporary license, and also modification of the register of licenses are performed by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (further - the licensing body).
3. The applicant notifies the licensing body on implementation of educational activities by the direction in the licensing body of the application for provision of the temporary license signed by the authorized representative of the applicant.
4. The application for provision of the temporary license in form according to appendix No. 1 is directed to the licensing body by one of the following methods:
