These rules establish procedure for the direction on placement of the amounts of insurance premiums for financing of funded pension, additional insurance premiums for funded pension, the fees of the employer for benefit of insured person paid according to the Federal Law "About Additional Insurance Premiums for Funded Pension and the State Support of Forming of Pension Accruals", which arrived within financial year and accumulated by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation (further - Fund), and reserve of Fund for mandatory pension insurance (further respectively - means of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of Fund) and their return.

2. Means of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums go Fund for placement separately from means of reserve of Fund.

Transactions on investment of funds of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of Fund and their return are carried out on the single treasurer account and are reflected in the treasurer account opened for Fund in Interregional operation management of the Federal Treasury.

Fonda submits the Federal Treasury by results of investment of funds of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve within Fund within terms and in form which are approved with Fund, information on results of investment of funds of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of Fund and the planned income from investment of funds of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of Fund.

7. The Federal Treasury will organize return of the placed means of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of Fund and payment of the added percent into the account opened for Fund in Interregional operation management of the Federal Treasury after the term of investment of funds of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of the Fund provided in the written address about placement.

8. The fund has the right to send the written appeal about early return of means of insurance premiums and additional insurance premiums, means of reserve of Fund (further - the written address about early return) if they were placed with possibility of early return, with indication of date no later than which it is necessary to perform early return. The written address about early return is subject to the direction Fund in the Federal Treasury not later than 2 working days before date of early return.
