1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2018 No. 48/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Exchange of Information, Information Security, Necessary for Providing, between the Operational Centers of Ensuring Information Security and the National Coordination Center of Information Security" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16886) the following changes:
in Rules of exchange of information, information security, necessary for providing, between the operational centers of ensuring information security and the National coordination center of information security, approved by the specified order:
exclude Item 6;
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. OTsIB provides information on incidents of information security in NKTsIB within 15 minutes from the moment of its confirmation.";
exclude Item 14;
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. Exchange of messages is performed between NKTsIB and OTsIB with use of the NKTsIB platform and the domestic certificate of enciphering.".
2. To provide to committee on information security of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
