Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States

solved:

1. Approve Regulations on Bureau on coordination of fight against organized crime and other dangerous types of crimes in the territory of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).

2. Consider invalid the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Regulations on Bureau on coordination of fight against organized crime and other dangerous types of crimes in the territory of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 9, 1997.

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing.

It is made in the city of Moscow on November 25, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.

- about conditions and payment procedure of work of employees of BKBOP before acceptance of single payment procedure of work of staff of bodies of the CIS;

- providing establishment and support of working contacts of BKBOP with the international police organizations".
