Establish since April 1, 2006 official pay rates to the workers performing maintenance and providing activities of public authorities, local executive bodies of the government, military, law enforcement agencies, courts, prosecutor's offices which list is approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 31, 2003 No. 148, on the basis of the employment contract (contract) at least than the operating minimum wage and no more official pay rate of the specialist of relevant organ of the government.
