About compensation of employees of organizations and organizations of the public law in the field of the researches and innovations financed from the government budget

1. Approve:

categories of compensation on the basis of the Single scale of charges for leading and scientists of institutes (including branches) and other scientific organizations of the public law in the field of the researches and innovations financed from the government budget according to appendix No. 1;

categories of compensation on the basis of the Single scale of charges for leading employees of Academy of Sciences of Moldova according to appendix No. 2;

categories of compensation on the basis of the Single scale of charges for leading employees and specialists of the administrative machine of Presidium of Academy of Sciences of Moldova, according to appendix No. 2-1;

categories of compensation on the basis of the Single scale of charges for leading employees of the auxiliary organizations of the public law in the field of researches and innovations according to appendix No. 3;

categories of compensation on the basis of the Single scale of charges for some executive positions of the organizations of the public law in the field of researches and innovations according to appendix No. 4;

2. Categories of compensation of specialists, employees, working and other employee categories which positions are not specified in appendices to this resolution and also surcharges, allowances, awards and financial support to employees of scientific institutions and organizations are established by their heads according to the procedure and in the sizes provided by the Uniform conditions of compensation of employees of budgetary institutions on the basis of the Single scale of charges approved by the Order of the Government No. 381 of April 13, 2006. The president, vice-presidents and principal scientific the secretary of Academy of Sciences of Moldova in case of implementation of scientific activities and submission of the annual report on results of scientific activities, scientists, including the managing personnel working in the organizations of the public law in the field of the researches and innovations which are completely financed from the government budget, and the doctors of habilitat having academic degree and/or scientific and pedagogical rank of professor of universitar and/or scientific rank of professor-researcher, have the right to the monthly allowance in the amount of at least 1100 lei, and persons having academic degree of the doctor and/or scientific and pedagogical rank of konferentsiar of universitar and/or scientific rank of the konferentsiara-researcher - in the amount of at least 600 lei.

To the specialists and leading employees from other spheres of activity, and also the administrative machine of Presidium of Academy of Sciences of Moldova having academic degree of the doctor of habilitat or the doctor in the specialty corresponding to the carried-out service duties and conducting scientific and methodical occupational work, the allowance for academic degree is established in the amount of 50 percent of the allowance established to scientific researchers.

6. To the scientific researchers and scientific researchers-trainees who are working in the organizations of the public law in the field of researches and innovations, not having academic degree the monthly allowance in the amount of 50 lei is established.

7. Full members and corresponding members of Academy of Sciences of Moldova for life earn monthly reward in the sizes provided in the Code about science and innovations, respectively at least 4000 and at least 2500 lei.

8. Allowances for outstanding performance of work, intensity of work and for accomplishment of separate especially important works are established to employees of the organizations of the public law, and also managing personnel of Academy of Sciences of Moldova and employees of the administrative machine of Presidium of Academy of Sciences of Moldova in the field of researches and innovations, including to scientific and technical workers on servicing of scientific and innovative process (except for workers and service personnel), and also to young researchers heads of the organizations for the account and within the salary fund without restriction of their sizes. The amount of the means used for payment of the allowance cannot exceed 50 percent of funds for payment of the official pay rates established according to the approved staff list taking into account length-of-service allowance on the basis of the provision approved by the head of the organization.

9. For use on duty of foreign languages (except Russian) to workers (except interpreters, translators of texts, guide-interpreters and teachers of foreign languages) allowances in the amount of 15 percent of official pay rate for ownership and use in daily practical work of one language and 25 percent - for ownership and use in daily practical work of two and more foreign languages are established.
