About establishment of single time for removal of indications from metering devices of the electrical energy moved on interstate power lines in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States
The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Establish since January 1, 2008 Central European time (time of meridian of Greenwich plus one hour) as single time for removal of indications from metering devices of the electrical energy moved on the interstate power lines connecting electric utility systems of the State Parties of the CIS.
2. To the governments of the State Parties of the CIS to take necessary measures for ensuring accomplishment of Item 1 of this Decision.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery on storage of the relevant documents to depositary.
It is made in the city of Minsk on November 24, 2006 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
