Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of February 9, 2007 No. 16-FZ "About transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 7, Art. 837; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4569, 4590; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4058; 2014, No. 6, Art. 566; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3959; No. 29, Art. 4356; 2016, No. 28, Art. 4558; 2018, No. 1, Art. 26; No. 32, Art. 5135; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4429; No. 49, Art. 6974; 2023, No. 1, Art. 24; No. 10, Art. 1576) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) declare Item 6.2 invalid;

b) in Item 9 of the word "legal cause" shall be replaced with words "legal cause. The subject of transport infrastructure of the airport, airfield or helidrome of civil aviation person owning airfield or helidrome on the property right, under lease or on other legal cause and operating such airfield or such helidrome for the purpose of ensuring take-off, landing, taxing and the parking of civil aircrafts is recognized";

2) in Article 4:

a) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Ensuring transport safety on objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles of air transport includes implementation of package of measures for ensuring protection of civil aviation against acts of illegal intervention which is provided by standards of International Civil Aviation Organization in the field of protection of civil aviation against acts of illegal intervention.";
