Art. I. - In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000, of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 and Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception of primeriya of the village Pukhoy of the area Yaloven the room under customs regime of import of the vehicle of the Fiat Doblo brand, identification number ZFA22300005664412, of 2009 of the release classified by goods item 8703, provided on a grant basis (donation) of masters of "Misericordia" by Council, Kastelfyorentino, the Republic of Italy with exemption of import payments, without the alienation right.
Art. II. - In departure from part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
