1. Approve the application form about provision of government subsidy on expense recovery for hiring or subhiring (lease or the sublease) of the real estate (buildings, constructions, rooms, their separate parts) used as specialized shop for implementation of the enclosed books.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy chairman of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine Chervak B. A.
