About enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 110/2022 on dual education

Based on Item b) Article 8 and part (3) article 21 of the Law No. 110/2022 on dual education (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 151-157, 273) DECIDES: the Government

1. Found the Register of units in system of dual education based on the Information system of management in education.

2. Approve:

1) Criteria of compliance of unit for participation in the course of professional training in the form of dual education according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for compensation of expenses of units in system of dual education according to appendix No. 2.

3. In the Order of the Government No. 601/2020 about approval of the Concept of the Information system of management in education (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 212-220, 746) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendix the text "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in the Concept:

a) add Item 11 with subitem 13-1) of the following content:

"13-1) Law No. 110/2022 on dual education;";

b) add Item 13 with the subitem 4) of the following content:

"4)" accounting of units in system of dual education" with the following functions:

a) accounting of units in system of dual education;

b) accounting of master instructors of unit;

c) accounting of agreements on cooperation in system of dual education.";

c) in Item 17 4) to add the subitem with the subsubitem of b-1) of the following content:
