About some questions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename:

1) public institution "Committee on cases of archives and management of documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in public institution "Committee of archives, documentation and book case of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) republican state legal entities according to appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution.

2. Determine authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration:

1) Committee of archives, documentation and book case of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican state legal entities specified in appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the republican state legal entities specified in appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Approve changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for paragraphs sixteen and 2 changes seventeen Item and amendments which become effective since January 1, 2023 and are effective till January 1, 2026.
