Some questions of the organization of capable network of healthcare institutions

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve procedure for functioning of hospital districts and hospital clusters and establishment of their borders which is applied.
2. Bring in Item 11 of the Procedure for carrying out tender on holding the post of the head of the state, municipal healthcare institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 1094 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 8, the Art. 302), the enclosed change.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
4. Regional, Kiev city to the state (military) administrations (except the public administrations determined by Item 5 of this resolution) to develop also tax till May 1, 2023 for review the Ministry of Health of the offer on determination of capable network of healthcare institutions and drafts of development plans for hospital districts.
5. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Nikolaev regional public administrations, to the Sevastopol city public administration to submit for review the Ministry of Health proposals on determination of capable network of healthcare institutions and drafts of development plans for hospital districts within six months after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.
6. To the Ministry of Health to approve offers on determination of capable network of healthcare institutions and drafts of development plans for hospital districts within two months from the date of receipt of offers and projects.
