1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 air (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "The report on emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air from stationary sources of emissions" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2022;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 air (Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources) "The report on emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air from stationary sources of emissions" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2022.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing the economic and other activity connected with emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air from stationary sources of emissions based on permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air or complex nature protection permission.
