Some questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies in the sphere of energy efficiency

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Assign to the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure of function of ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the sphere of effective use of fuel and energy resources, alternative types of liquid and solid fuel, energy saving and energy efficiency, having left behind function Department of Energy on ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the sphere of renewable energy resources and alternative types of gas fuel.

2. Determine that the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving realizes state policy in the sphere of effective use of fuel and energy resources, alternative types of fuel, energy efficiency and energy saving.

3. Bring the enclosed changes in some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the scheme of the direction and coordination of activities of the central executive bodies by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the corresponding cabinet ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 74, Art. 2105; 2019, No. 86, Art. 2898; 2020, No. 45, Art. 1449):

1) in Item 3:

in subitem 2 of the word "renewable energy resources and" to exclude;

add Item with subitem 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) ensuring increase in level of energy efficiency in all sectors of national economy;";

2) in item 4:

exclude subitem 6;

in subitem 13 of the word "and gaseous" to exclude;

state subitem 14 in the following edition:
