1. Approve enclosed:

the list of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories creation of zones of territorial development is allowed;

changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2013 No. 115 "About limiting establishment of measure values, techniques of their calculation and procedure for their application for the purpose of approval of the list of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories creation of zones of territorial development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 7, Art. 659 is allowed; 2017, No. 35, Art. 5358).

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2019 No. 1770 "About approval of the list of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories creation of zones of territorial development" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 52, the Art. 8001) is allowed.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 13, 2013 No. 115

"2(1). To provide to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation once in 3 years, till November 10, since 2025, submission to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of official statistical information on emergency housing stock for the 10-year period preceding year of approval of the list of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories creation of zones of territorial development, necessary for the calculations perfromed according to the technique approved by this resolution is allowed.".

2. In method of calculation of indicators proceeding from which the subject of the Russian Federation is subject to inclusion in the list of subjects of the Russian Federation in which territories creation of zones of territorial development, approved by the specified resolution is allowed:

a) in Item 10 of the word "Federal State Statistics Service" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation";

b) in Item 12:

"Federal State Statistics Service" to add the subitem "an" after words with words ", the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation";
