About implementation of public procurements using procurement procedure from one source

Based on the paragraph of the eighth of Article 9, Item 2 of article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-Z "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" and Item 12 of appendix to this Law Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

in 2023-2024 public procurements of gloves of the organizations of health care of the Republic of Belarus, medical for providing, can be conducted using procurement procedure from one source at their producer - Svetlogorskhimvolokno open joint stock company;

the additional requirement to the organization and holding procurement procedure from one source when implementing public procurements according to the paragraph the second this Item is restriction of level of profitability of the purchased gloves medical in the amount of no more than 5 percent.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
