Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of forestry:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 leave of wood (Minleskhoz) "The report on wood leave, measures of care of the wood, procurement of crude turpentine and wood juice" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2022;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 leave of wood (Minleskhoz) "The report on wood leave, measures of care of the wood, procurement of crude turpentine and wood juice" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2022.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, conducting forestry.
