RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 organization (Ministry of Health) "The report of the organization of health care providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions" and instructions for its filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Health:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 organization (Ministry of Health) "The report of the organization of health care providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2022;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 organization (Ministry of Health) "The report of the organization of health care providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2022.

2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution to the state organizations of health care which are providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions and (or) carrying out medical expertize, subordinated to the Ministry of Health, local executive and administrative organs; the organizations of health care which are providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions and (or) carrying out medical expertize of the share (share in authorized funds) of which are in state-owned property and are transferred to the control to local executive and administrative organs; the republican state bodies (except the Ministry of Health) having the state organizations of health care (division) which are providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions and (or) carrying out medical expertize in the subordination (system, structure).

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2015 No. 160 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 organization (Ministry of Health) "The report of the organization of health care providing medical care in stationary and out-patient conditions" and instructions for its filling";

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2017 No. 93 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2015 No. 160";

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2019 No. 72 "About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2015 No. 160";

subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2019 No. 113 "About change of resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus";
