2. To legal department (Ryabtseva T.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Terms in this Agreement are used in the values given in the Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance", "About electronic confidential services", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 04, 2019 No. 1137 "Questions of the Single state web portal of electronic services and the register of administrative services", other regulatory legal acts in the sphere of obligatory national pension insurance.

3. Urgent edition of the agreement is placed on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension fund to the official address on the Internet: "https:portal.pfu.gov.ua".

II. Subject of the agreement

1. This agreement according to part nine of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (further - the Law) determines payment procedure of insurance premiums for obligatory national pension insurance (further - insurance premiums) and accounting of the paid means.

III. Rights and obligations of the Parties

1. The participant has the right:

1) to pay insurance premiums for current month. The participant independently determines terms and frequency of implementation of payment;

2) independently to determine the size of the insurance premiums paid including when implementing periodical payment;
