About adjustment of indicators of the republican budget for 2023, increase in annual plan assignments of the appropriate budget programs at the expense of remaining balance of budgetary funds of 2022 and use (doispolzovaniye) in 2023 of the unused (underused) amounts of the target transfers on development allocated from the republican budget in 2022, both modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2022 to No. 987 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2023 - 2025"

According to Article 41, Item 5 of Article 44 and Articles 104, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: 111 Budget codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Perform adjustment of indicators of the republican budget for 2023 according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Increase annual plan assignments of the appropriate budget programs at the expense of remaining balance of budgetary funds of the republican budget of 2022 according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2022 No. 987 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2023 - 2025" the following changes and amendments:

"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2023 - 2025, including for 2023 in the following amounts:

1) the income – 17 543 276 102 thousand tenges, including on:

to tax revenues – 13 559 036 264 thousand tenges;

to non-tax receipts – 351 081 214 thousand tenges;

to sales proceeds of fixed capital – 1 248 374 thousand tenges;

to receipts of transfers – 3 631 910 250 thousand tenges;

2) costs – 20 587 256 156 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting – 25 878 145 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits – 279 299 322 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits – 253 421 177 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 138 734 638 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets – 138 734 638 thousand tenges;

5) budget deficit –-3 208 592 837 thousand tenges, or percent 2,7 to country gross domestic product;

6) not oil budget deficit –-8 169 908 437 thousand tenges, or percent 6,8 to country gross domestic product;

7) budget deficit financing – 3 208 592 837 thousand tenges.";
