1. Establish quota for attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2007 in the amount of percent 0,98 to republic economically active population, including:
the first and second categories (administrative board of the organization, specialists with the higher and secondary professional education) - percent 0,35;
the third category (skilled workers) - percent 0,50;
the fourth category (the workers occupied on seasonal agricultural works) - percent 0,13.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
