3. To the chairman of Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee) to approve forms of information accounting documents and the instruction for their input and forming of Sections of the report.

4. Repeal the following orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of December 21, 2018 No. 149 "About report form "About supervising activities of the prosecutor";

2) of November 15, 2019 No. 144 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 21, 2018 No. 149 "About report form "About supervising activities of the prosecutor".

5. To committee:

1) to place this order on Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to send this order to structural divisions of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Main Military Procuracy, the Main transport Prosecutor's Office, prosecutor's offices of areas and prosecutor's offices equated to them, territorial authorities of Committee for execution.

6. To impose control of execution of the order on the Chairman of Committee.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
