1. Approve:

1) the Provision of republican public institution "Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations on territorial authority – Department of ecology of the respective area, cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent of Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this order.

Declare invalid the order of the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2019 No. 5-P "About approval of the Provision of republican public institution Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities", the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2021 No. 47-P "About approval of the Provision of republican public institution Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities", the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 1, 2022 No. 253-P "About modification and amendments in the order of the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2019 No. 5-P "About approval of the Provision of republican public institution Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial authorities".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
