b) documents of such citizens on passing of military service in armed forces, military forming and bodies, services in law enforcement and customs authorities, bodies of prosecutor's office of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, military civil authorities of the Zaporizhia region and military civil authorities of the Kherson region, military service (service) in armed forces, military forming, law enforcement and customs authorities, bodies of prosecutor's office of the USSR, Ukraine, and also about work in courts of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, in courts of the USSR, Ukraine are recognized the Russian Federation and are considered in case of calculation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of service length (length of service) in customs authorities of the Russian Federation for award of pension for long service, for payment of the monthly allowance to salary of monthly monetary pay for service length (length of service), lump-sum allowance in case of dismissal of the customs officer of the Russian Federation, for provision of additional annual paid leave and other social guarantees, for representation to rewarding with the state awards of the Russian Federation, departmental distinctions. In case of lack of the specified documents the service length (length of service) proves to be true in the procedure established by the Head of the Federal Customs Service;

c) to such citizens the first special ranks of customs officers of the Russian Federation (to the colonel of Customs Service inclusive) taking into account the special ranks which are available for them, but not above the special rank provided on the replaced position are given and the term of period of service in the specified ranks is set off. The ratio of the specified ranks and the given special ranks is determined by the Head of the Federal Customs Service.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2023.
