For the purpose of removal on new stage of the reforms undertaken by us on further increase in level of living of the population, reduction of quality of education in compliance with the advanced international standards, to achievement of sustained economic growth and reducing poverty according to the tasks determined in the Strategy of development for New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026 and the President's letter of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan:
1. Approve the State program on strategy implementation of development of New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026 in "Year of care of the person and quality education" (further - the State program), developed on the basis of the offers stated during extensive discussions with the public and the people according to appendix. *

To the Cabinet of Ministers, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent effectively, on the basis of strict procedure and discipline to organize execution of the State program, in ten-day time to determine practical measures by each area, the city and waved, and also to regularly hear reports of responsible persons with participation of the general public and mass media.
And local Kengasham to recommend to chambers of Oliy Majlis studying of execution of the State program with departure to areas, the cities and waved, hearing of reports of heads of responsible state bodies.
2. For the purpose of improvement of the life of people, creation of additional conveniences and expense reduction of the population since July 1, 2023:
a) determine in all state bodies and the organizations "measures for improvement of quality of service for the population and entrepreneurs".
