2. The order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 8, 2009 No. 91 "About approval of form of the warrant for conducting case by the lawyer" (рег. number 1938, of April 8, 2009) (2009, No. 15, the Art. 195) to declare collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan invalid.
3. This order is approved with Chamber of lawyers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. This order becomes effective since February 1, 2023.

2) the order in electronic form is drawn up in the information system "Legal aid" by means of special QR code. Authenticity of the order can be verified, having scanned this QR code;
3) the order in paper form is filled in with the lawyer by means of the computer equipment or after printout on paper is filled in in writing and certified by the signature of the lawyer and seal of lawyer forming;
4) the sequence number by the lawyer independently is assigned to the order. Assignment of numbers to orders is made in ascending order and begins again since the beginning of calendar year. Numbers of orders are registered in the information system "Legal aid";
5) the order in paper form shall be entered by the lawyer into the information system "Legal aid" within ten days from the date of its issue, except as specified, specified in the paragraph the second this Item. At the same time introduction without changes of all details of the order in paper form into information system is provided.
The orders which are drawn up in paper form from February 1, 2023 to April 1, 2023 are entered by the lawyer into the information system "Legal aid" till April 10, 2023;
6) the order is considered invalid if in Items 1 - the 12th forms of the order data are not completed completely, not drawn up properly, records are removed, crossed out;
7) the lawyer who certified the order QR code (signatory) bears the personal responsibility for reliability of data in the order.
