About approval of the Technical regulation of aerosol sprays
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the enclosed technical regulation of aerosol sprays.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs implementation of the Technical regulation of aerosol sprays approved by this resolution.
3. Determine that provision in the market of the aerosol sprays introduced into circulation about day of entry into force of this resolution cannot be forbidden or limited because of discrepancy of such products to requirements of the Technical regulation of aerosol sprays approved by this resolution.
4. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1057 "About determination of fields of activity in which the central executive bodies and the Security Service of Ukraine perform functions of technical regulation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, of Art. 3519; 2020, No. 11, the Art. 434) and of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 "About approval of the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, of the Art. 1550) the enclosed changes.
5. This resolution becomes effective in nine months from the date of its publication.
