1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-is (skho) "The report on construction of apartment houses (apartments) in agricultural organizations" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2022;

Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities performing investing activities on construction of apartment houses (apartments) in agricultural organizations for employees of agricultural organizations and the organizations of the welfare sphere; district, settlement, rural executive committees.
