Based on subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2018 "About structure and number of state bodies" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 91-dsp
1. Establish for 2023 standard rates of assignments from proceeds from sales of products (works, services) performed by the organizations which are part of the state concerns subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on content of offices of these concerns according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2023.
