Some questions of social protection of persons with disability
(Extraction)

According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on social protection of persons with disability which is applied.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999 "Some questions of social protection of persons with disability" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 30, Art. 2130; 2022, No. 83, Art. 5104):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1-1 of the resolution of the word of "the public rehabilitation institutions" "rehabilitation organizations (the centers of complex rehabilitation)";

In paragraphs six and the nineteenth Item 18 of procedure for the providing persons with disability cars approved by the specified resolution words of "the public rehabilitation institutions" shall be replaced with words 2) "rehabilitation organizations (the centers of complex rehabilitation)".

According to the procedure of use of the amount of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for employment of persons with disability which arrived in the government budget, No. 70 "Some questions of realization of regulations of the Laws of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 2007 with disability in Ukraine" and "About employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 8, Art. 282; 2019, No. 32, Art. 1158, No. 48, Art. 1641):

1) in Item 2:

to state paragraph two of subitem 5 in the following edition:

"to persons with disability of I and II groups - by subscription of one printing periodical in year as like as two peas with disability (family of person with disability);";

state subitem 7 in the following edition:

"7) ensuring functioning of rehabilitation organizations (the centers of complex rehabilitation) for persons with disability, children with disability who belong to the sphere of management of Minsotspolitiki;";

Paragraph two of Item 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Expenses of department of Fund on court costs, and also on organizational technical supply of activities of Social Security Fund of persons with disability for control of receipt of the amount of sanctions and penalty fee are provided in estimates.".

4. In paragraph one of the Items 1 and 21 Procedure for Prosthetics and Ortezirovaniye products of the increased functionality on the latest technologies and manufacturing techniques which are absent in Ukraine, and/or special products for sports activities of separate categories of citizens who lost functionality of extremity or extremities, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 1, 2014 No. 518 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 82, of Art. 2330; 2020, No. 91, Art. 2931; 2022, No. 34, the Art. 1852) shall be replaced with words words of "measure for social, labor and employment rehabilitation of persons with disability" "social protection of persons with disability".

In paragraph one of Item 1 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for acquisition of vehicles of specialized appointment for transportation of persons with disability and children with disability who have violations of the musculoskeletal device and other handicapped national groups approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2018 No. 189 "Some questions of use of the means provided in the government budget for acquisition of vehicles of specialized appointment for transportation of persons with disability and children with disability who have violations of the musculoskeletal device and other handicapped national groups" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 26, of Art. 939; 2021, No. 62, of the Art. 3918), the words "Actions for Social, Labour and Employment Rehabilitation of Persons with Disability" shall be replaced with words "Social protection of persons with disability".

6. In Item 1 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for the implementation of rehabilitation of children with disability approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2019 No. 309 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 32, Art. 1147; 2021, No. 8, of the Art. 383), the words "Rehabilitation of Children with Disability" shall be replaced with words "Social protection of persons with disability".

7. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 29, 2021 No. 1020 "Some questions of appointment and payment of immediate compensation and the annual help provided by the Law of Ukraine "About antimine activities in Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 80, the Art. 5056):

1) in Item 1 of the Procedure for provision of immediate compensation to persons with disability and to children with disability, injured with the action of explosive objects approved by the specified resolution words "measures for social, labor and employment rehabilitation of persons with disability" shall be replaced with words "social protection of persons with disability";

2) in Item 1 of the Procedure for provision of the annual help on improvement to persons with disability and to children with disability, injured with the action of explosive objects approved by the specified resolution words of "measure for social, labor and employment rehabilitation of persons with disability" shall be replaced with words "social protection of persons with disability".
