1. Accept gratuitously till June 30, 2023 from property of administrative and territorial units and legal entities in property of the Republic of Belarus and transfer to the economic jurisdiction of the legal entities who are a part of the system Energy ministries, property according to appendix.
2. Approve the petition of the Grodno regional executive committee for prolongation till December 31, 2023 of the term of sanitation of the unitary city enterprise "Grodnogorstroy Trust.
3. To Department of Energy together with the relevant local executive and administrative organs, to the Grodno regional executive committee to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
