About some questions of carrying out dactyloscopic and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Suspend till January 1, 2024 the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2013 No. 684 "About approval of samples of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of the stateless person, the certificate of the refugee, the travel document and requirements to their protection" in following provisions:

1) in the sample of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the Section "2. Requirements to protection of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Item part two 1, having determined that during suspension this part is effective in the following edition:

"Graphical and text information on the owner of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan is stored in the chip having reservoir of memory at least 64 KB protected.";

2) in the sample of the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the Section "2. Requirements to protection of the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

2. Suspend till January 1, 2024 the subitem 11) of Item 3 and part five of Item 5 of Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of the stateless person, the certificate of the refugee and the travel document approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 26, 2013 No. 852.

3. Suspend till January 1, 2024 Chapters 2 and 4 of the Rules of carrying out dactyloscopic and genomic registration approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2018 No. 36, regarding carrying out dactyloscopic registration.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2018 No. 36 "About approval of Rules of carrying out dactyloscopic and genomic registration" the following change:
