Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation continuing large-scale against Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring defense of the state, maintenance of fighting capacity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming, based on the offer of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, according to Items 1, of 17, 20 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" I decide:

1. Make partial change to Article 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 65/2022 "About general mobilization", the approved Law of Ukraine of March 3, 2022 No. 2105-IX (with the changes made by the Decree of May 17, 2022 No. 342/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine of May 22, 2022 No. 2264-IX, the Decree of August 12, 2022 No. 574/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine of August 15, 2022 No. 2501-IX, and the Decree of November 7, 2022 No. 758/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine of November 16, 2022 No. 2739-IX), to extend since February 19, 2023 the term of carrying out general mobilization for 90 days.

2. This Decree becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine" About prolongation of term of carrying out general mobilization".
