2. Management officials (heads of the supreme executive bodies) of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region (further - new subjects of the Russian Federation) create headquarters on safety of electric utility service of new subjects of the Russian Federation and their functioning according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 is provided to No. 86 "About headquarters on electric utility service safety".

Till December 31, 2023 inclusive investigation of the reasons of emergencies in case of heat supply in the territories of new subjects of the Russian Federation is performed according to the decision of owners or other legal owners of objects of heat supply and (or) the heatconsuming installations of consumers of heat energy on which there was emergency, in established by them procedure and terms.
