2. To department of digital transformation, information technologies and cyber security of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Lutsenko I. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

Procedure for electronic information exchange of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine and Public judicial administration of Ukraine

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of electronic information exchange of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine and Public judicial administration of Ukraine (further - electronic information exchange) during the automated exchange of information for the purpose of ensuring operational receipt of Minsotspolitiki of electronic copies of judgments from the Unified state register of judgments for execution of the powers determined by the legislation of Ukraine, and receipt of information by courts which will promote timely hearing of cases.

II. Regulations of electronic information exchange

1. The list of data, structure and format of the information files transferred within electronic information exchange, the procedure of interaction of information systems, forms of registers of information files are determined by subjects of electronic information exchange jointly, drawn up by the separate protocol and/or the agreement on information exchange.

2. The automated exchange of information according to the procedure of electronic information exchange is carried out with observance of requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic confidential services", "About information security in information and communication systems", "About personal data protection".

3. Electronic information exchange is performed with use of information systems of subjects of electronic information exchange by means of system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources.
