1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning customs control and customs clearance the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

In Item 5 of general requirements to arrangement of the check points through frontier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 17, 2002 No. 1142 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, Art. 1580; 2022, No. 49, the Art. 4934), words of "type" about confirmation of safety and reliability" to exclude.
2. In the text of the appendix 4 to the Regulations on customs declarations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, Art. 1545), shall be replaced with words the words "on the form" "in form".
