About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Change the name of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center of Bologna Process and academic mobility" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of development of the higher education" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. To the ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan corresponding changes in the charter of the company;

2) to provide the state re-registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:

in Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the state legal entities who are under authority of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
