4. Determine that the minimum amount of capital investments of residents of the territory of the advancing development "Amur" in implementation of the corresponding types of economic activity makes 500000 rubles.

5. Determine that in the territory of the advancing development "Amur" the customs procedure of free customs zone established by the right of the Eurasian Economic Union and the legislation of the Russian Federation is applied.

6. Take into consideration that financial provision of actions for creation of the territory of the advancing development "Amur" by budget funds of the Amur region, the budget of the city district Belogorsk and non-budgetary sources is performed in the amount of at least 46, by 2 million rubles.

7. Determine that financial provision of actions for creation of the territory of the advancing development "Amur" is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget within the state program of the Russian Federation "Social and economic development of the Far Eastern Federal District" within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period, and limits of the budget obligations brought in accordance with the established procedure to the Ministry of the Russian Federation of development of the Far East and the Arctic on the specified purposes in the amount of which is not exceeding 16283, 2 million rubles.

8. Determine that:

closing date of the agreement on creation of the territory of the advancing development "Amur" as a result of consolidation on January 31, 2023;

the term of creation of the supervisory board of the territory of the advancing development "Amur" on January 31, 2023;

the term of approval of the perspective plan of development of the territory of the advancing development "Amur" on June 30, 2023.

9. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 3.

10. This resolution becomes effective since January 11, 2023.
