in view of features of economy of the Republic of Moldova, proceeding from indicators of the credit cycle corresponding to the period 2022, of T3 - indicator variation the Credits / the quarter GDP (including the loans granted to the frequent sector of the Republic of Moldova) seasonally corrected from long-term trend constitutes - % 11,4, ratio the Credits / the quarter GDP seasonally corrected constitutes % 90,6, therefore, the indicative rate for the buffer calculated on their basis constitutes 0% - the value meaning lack of excessive growth of crediting

noting lack of need of establishment of rate of the counter-cyclical buffer above zero, owing to discussion at meeting the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Establish rate of the counter-cyclical buffer for podverzhennost from the credits which are in the Republic of Moldova in the amount of 0% of exposure cost to risk which is applied from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and is brought to the attention of banks. Acts of National Bank can be protested in Executive committee of National Bank (mun. Chisinau, Grigor Blvd. Viera, 1, MD-2005) by submission of the provisional statement within 30 days from the date of bringing to data of the act and subsequently by submission of the action for declaration in Appeal chamber Chisinau (mun. Chisinau, Ulitsa Teilor, 4, MD - 2043) within 30 days from the date of the message of the resolution on the provisional statement or from the date of the expiration of its consideration.
