About compensation of the chairman of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund

1. Establish to the chairman of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund the monthly monetary reward in the amount of 94 716 rubles.

2. Pay to the chairman of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund:

a) monthly cash encouragement in the amount of 2,7 of the monthly monetary reward;

b) quarterly cash encouragement in the amount of the monthly monetary reward.

3. Determine that:

a) the payment terms of work of the chairman of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund provided by this Decree are applied taking into account limit of the ratio of their average monthly salary and the average monthly salary of employees of these funds determined by the Government of the Russian Federation;

b) increase (indexation) in the monthly monetary reward of the chairman of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund is performed in sizes and terms which are provided for increase (indexation) in monetary pay of federal government civil servants.

4. Awards can be paid to the chairman of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and the chairman of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund:

a) in case of rewarding with awards of the Russian Federation and medals of the Russian Federation (except for anniversary medals of the Russian Federation) - in the amount of five monthly monetary rewards;

b) in case of assignment of honorary titles of the Russian Federation and rewarding with distinctions of the Russian Federation - in the amount of three monthly monetary rewards;

c) in case of encouragement with the President of the Russian Federation - in the amount of two monthly monetary rewards;

d) in case of encouragement with the Government of the Russian Federation - in the amount of the monthly monetary reward;

e) in case of rewarding with departmental awards of federal body of the government - in the amount of the monthly monetary reward;

e) for ensuring successful accomplishment of the particularly complex and important tasks assigned to Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, - in the amount of, determined by the federal minister to whose powers ensuring coordination of activities of the relevant fund belongs.

5. Financing of the expenses connected with realization of Items 1 - 3 presents of the Decree, is performed at the expense of the means provided on these purposes in budgets of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.

6. Financing of the expenses connected with realization of item 4 of this Decree is performed due to economy of fund of compensation of employees of Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation and Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
