About some questions of development of digitalization in health sector

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of electronic health care" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of electronic health care" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company till December 31, 2025.

3. To the ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of change in the charter of the company in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to provide the state re-registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following change and amendment:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "About measures for the most efficient enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments:

in Item 1:

add the Section "Republican State Companies" with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of electronic health care" of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry to exclude Item 9.
