Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in issue of the conclusions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation about impossibility of use of products, structurally similar to weapon, air rifles, guns, revolvers with dulny energy no more than 3 J, flare guns, caliber revolvers no more than 6 mm and cartridges to them as firearms, firearms of limited defeat and gas weapon.

Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of June 28, 2018 No. 407 "About approval of Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in issue of the conclusion of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on products, structurally similar to weapon, air rifles, guns, revolvers with dulny energy no more than 3 J, flare guns, caliber revolvers no more than 6 mm and cartridges to them about possibility of their use as firearms, firearms of limited defeat and gas weapon" <1>.
