1. This Instruction establishes the list of positions of bank clerks of Russia to which in case of acceptance citizens and in case of whose replacement bank clerks of Russia shall represent data on the income, expenses, on property and obligations of property nature, and also on the income, expenses, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children (further - the List), according to appendix to this Instruction.

2.
